Backwoods Dog Bed for Camping & Overlanding

I got this for my best friends pup, Surly, and as soon as it was on the floor he knew it was for him. He snuggled right in and loves it! My best friend loves it too because she is an avid camper and can easily roll this bed up and bring it on their adventures. I honestly had no idea how much she would appreciate this gift! It was great to find something I could give them that they actually appreciated and will use.

Wraps quickly. Great handle. Very durable. Most important....our dog loves it when we go to dog friendly establishments and he can lay comfortably. Big win!

I bought this bed to get my boxer puppy out camping more comfortably. I use it in conjunction with a folding elevated dog cot/bed. I have had my pup out this summer 3-4 times with it, with each trip lasting 2-5 days. He was a little slow to get comfortable with it and often laid in the dirt next to the bed my first couple trips. He has since really come to like it. This past weekend, whenever we were hanging around the camp, he was relaxing in the bed.

The bed seems to be waterproof and impervious to dust. I found, whipping it against a tree a couple times cleaned it off very well and then I would toss it into the tent for my little guy to lay next to me.

In addition to camping, I use it in the back seat of my pickup. With the seats folded flat in my Tacoma, it is the perfect size for my pup to use the back seat comfortably (laying down or walking around) without slipping around on the hard plastic seat backs.

When my puppy is more comfortable with kayaking, I may even give it a shot on my big Jackson Yupik sit-on-top. Most of the times that I have had my pup out on the boat have been short excursions. Next year, I am looking to take longer trips and I think this bed would work perfectly, especially for multi-day kayak trips.

I recently bought this outdoor dog bed for an overlanding trip to Pisgah & Cherokee National Forest. I really like how you can adjust the straps and compress the size of the bed. I was able to roll it up and save room in the back of my Tacoma. I've used bulky dog beds in the past and I've been looking for something easily transportable. When we got to our campsite, I was able to undo the straps and unravel the bed in less than a second. The material of the bed is great and holds up to water, scratching and biting. I would recommend this dog bed if you're looking for a dependable dog bed you can take with you on the go.

I LOVE this outdoor dog bed, I only wish I bought it sooner! My dog absolutely loves it, she doesn't ever want to get off it. It's high quality, easy to clean and extremely easy to fold up. I recently went on an adventure with a lot of mud, my dog had mud covering her paws and the bed held up amazing. Just a simple wipe and it was good to go! I can't wait to take it on more adventures, it is my new favorite accessory for my dog. I have a Jeep and it fits perfectly in the back, she loves spending time back there. Her and I are always out on an adventure, and I love supporting brands that have high quality products. I love their leash as well, it's the only one we use! I only have great things to say about this product, you won't regret it! It's affordable and AMAZING quality!
